Book Fair Only– The Book Fair will have a one-day pass for $25.00 per family not
wishing to attend the entire convention. The pass is good for either Friday or Saturday
of the convention. The Book Fair hours will be Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and
Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Children must remain with their parents at all times.
If the Exhibit area becomes too crowded, we may ask that strollers be stored outside
the Exhibit area. A “check-in station” will be manned by volunteers if this becomes
necessary.
Children’s Conference– Friday and Saturday, we will hold a Children’s Conference
for ages 4-11. Children who wish to participate should be registered on the pre-registration
form as space will be limited and will be filled on a “first come, first served”
basis. Label and bring the following items from home: a pillow/cushion and pencil
for each child, and crayons, scissors and a glue stick (or school glue). Items (like
crayons) may be shared as siblings will not be separated. You may request that children
from different households be placed together by making note of that on the pre-registration
form. We will gladly honor these requests where possible. Saturday, at 4:00 p.m.,
the children will do a special presentation.
